If it wasn't it will be. The iPhone uses a Qualcomm chip for LTE, like most other LTE phones, so if they were to sue someone it should be Qualcomm - only Qualcomm has a license.

Suing apple for this would be like you buying a paperclip from someone, and the patent holder for paperclips suing you for infringing their patent.

Basically this was a very childish reaction from Samsung which is only serving to further damage their cedibility.

Thought this was a pretty interesting commentary from "Wired" about the iPhone 5. And in some ways I'd have to agree with it, though I LOVE my GS3!

To get back on topic...

Great article, very much sums up why I got an android instead of an iPhone. iPhones are great devices, but I find android more interesting.

Yeah cause it was Apple being sued. If Apple was suing they would have accepted it just as quickly.

Yep.

Expecting an American court to rule in favor of a foreign company is nonsense.

Meanwhile Apple and their suit were shut down in the rest of the world

Which says alot about the American justice system AND the credibility of Apple's lawsuits.

Samsung was found to be infringing by a South Korean Court.

No, really, it found Apple to be infringing while also finding Samsung to be.

Funny how Apple didn't have to pay for its infringement. At least not that I've heard of.
