wirefly purchase question

If i purchase a phone off of wirefly and i dont like it can i return it to any sprint store and get another phone? Or will i have to ship it back to wirefly and swap out ?
 
I WILL TELL YOU THIS MAN I GOT THE NEXUS S 4G FROM THEM. WAS DEFECTIVE! I TALKED TO 2 PEOPLE FROM SPRINT ONE ON THE PHONE AND ONE @ STORE. I BOUGHT PHONE FROM WIREFLY, IT KEPT LOSING SIGNAL. I TOLD THEM I GOT FROM WIREFLY THEY BOTH WITHOUT ME EVEN TELLING THEM MY ISSUE SAID WIREFLY SELLS DEFECTIVE PHONES. I RETURNED IT AND IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T REVERSED MY UPGRADE ELIGIBILITY. DON'Y BUY FROM THEM. DAMN BASTARDS !:mad:
 
If you buy from wirefly you still can go to the sprint store and have them fix it. If within the 14 day return you must go through wirefly. And if a new phone is required to replace the phone its only 35 dollars as long it's within the warranty period for said phone number. In samsung case 1 year from purchase. If you go through samsung for warranty its 7 days turn around time so no phone for 7 days. If go through sprint 35 dollars and same day exchange if they have the phone in stock.
