Wirefly - Sprint HTC One $119

How are they able to offer it so much cheaper than others?

Places like wirefly, letstalk and amazon always offer on contract prices cheaper than the carriers. They have agreements where they get commissions for customers that sign up through them. So I would assume that those commissions are worth selling the device for cheaper. Also they have additional terms with getting the device. For instance, you have to keep data active on that line for 180 days or they can charge you the full price. So they don't want people upgrading for the cheap price and then selling the phone and taking data off that line. They get paid from the carriers by us keeping data plans. I seen stories where some get charged and others didn't. Whereas with a carrier they couldnt care less after you have signed that contract.

Read their terms of discount and you can see some of the additional things they want you to agree to when going through them. For users that change devices often, I wouldn't recommend. But for those expecting to keep the device for a while, I would.

I've already asked best buy for a price match but they said that they used to price match but now they stopped to price match

I'll be keeping this one a while!
Besides, 180 days is only 6 months!

Yeah not a long time at all. But its mostly to prevent resale and make sure they get credit from the carrier. But for people that like to switch every time a new device comes out then 6 months is a looooonnnngggg time lol

Looks like I might cancel the order that I placed through the HTC/LetsTalk offer and free case for this offer considering I wouldn't probably use the free case anyway

If they give you any problem with that price click on the order by phone (picture) in the upper right hand corner...then give them the code listed there when you order it over the phone....HJ
