Wireless charging inop again.

I truly love this phone in almost every way until it comes to wireless charging. I stated having issues with it 3 months after I got the phone. It all started after my phone shut off and I was late to work due to my use off the alarm. I went to VZW and they found it done the same thing regardless of what charger they used. They sent me another phone and it lasted one week until it started again. This upsets me to no end due to me paying full retail so I don't get dropped from unlimited data. I think I've found the issue with the problem. If I push down on the phone while its on the charger it will work due to contacts on the inside of the back cover being able to make contact. So every night I lay it on the charger I put a box of wipes on it so it will charge. Now you have heard my story. Can someone inform me if they are having the same issues?
 
I have mine in an androidifed cruzerlite case it wirelessly charges fine for me.

I had the same problem after about 2 months of use. They replaced with a refurb that has worked fine for about 6 weeks now.
 
I've had mine just at a month, and its running then latest ota.

Well I see I'm not the only one with the issue. I hope they figure out the issue and resolve it. I'll just have to use my box of wipes in the mean while.
 
Keep complaining and sending it back until you get one that works per design. You should not have to put a box of wipes on your phone.

Try another charger and if you have a case remove it. Also consider removing any apps added around the time your original phone had issues.

I fixed it my self by removing back cover and adjusting contacts. I know it under warranty still. Their techs are big time over lookers anyway and they will never be able to tell anyway.lol . Works like it should now.

My wife's DNA just had the SIM issue. I put a piece of scotch tape over the front of it....so far no more issues. Love this forum, I would of been lost without it. Thanks EVERYONE !!
