Wireless charging isn't working all the time

I googled this. Apparently I'm not the only one having this issue. I hope they send out a fix.

Samsung Galaxy S7 been waiting for a fix for 3 years. Wireless charging worked fine for two years the stopped after a Software Update. Recently tried a brand new charger but it wouldn't work either. Would like a refund as SW has stopped features on my phone from working properly.

Mine seems to have fixed itself. I don't know how but it seems to be charging without an issue now so I'm knocking on wood!
