Wireless Charging Orb RMA process?

Well, 24 hours in and it's still sticking to the orb. Have to say that's an improvement since after the first 10 minutes of the first one it was sliding off. I'm past the 15 days now, so I'm keeping it no matter what, now. I'll go get some modeling clay to make a base for it, just in case.

First night charge with replacement orb went fine, though phone might have been a tad lower than when I first put it on. My first one performed well for the first 5 days, so we'll see how this goes. For now, I'm covering the orb with a lens-polishing cloth when it's not in use, to prevent dust from settling on the orb.
