Wireless Charging Questions

I need to pick one up the Seneo chargers on Amazon look like a good deal. I did notice that it says that it charges the phone to 100%, then when the phone drops to 99%, it charges again and bring back to 100%.
I know that when my Galaxy S5 (on cable charge) gets to 100%, that the screen turns on. Does this mean that the it will turn on the Galaxy S8 (phone I am getting) every time it drops to 99%? Doesn't seem like I would want that at night.
Does the Samsung wireless chargers keep things at 100% the whole night, as to not turn on the screen, or keep charging?

80 bucks for Samsung vs 20 bucks Seneo, so I'd like to save some money. But do not want a charger that is hard on the phone or that will make my screen turn on briefly through the night.
