While charging on my Tylt vu wireless charger, my phone will hit 100% battery, stop charging, then start charging again after the phone drops power a bit. That's great and all, but everytime it does that, my screen turns on displaying the lockscreen, and brightening up my dark bedroom. Maybe a dozen times or so a night. Does this happen to anyone else? Anyone have any ideas on how to fix. Is it just the Tylt vu?

YES this happens to me and I HATE IT. I've used an app called "My Alarm Clock" that overides all notifications (except stupid facebook messenger, idk wtf). If I had to have one gripe about this phone (Or, the software) it would be this. Thank goodness for the app.

i noticed this on previous Samsung phones, but I have not noticed it so far on my S7 Edge

I'm using a Samsung wireless charger and I'm not having this issue.

EDIT: I'm using the exact same one as rkkeller with no issue.

Just to clarify a bit, I am using a Tylt charger, and the same Tylt I was using when I noticed the behavior OP describes on my Note 4 or S5. However I can't confirm the S7 Edge did not light up. I use the wireless charger at night, but i slept all night, so I dont know if the S7 didn't light up and beep, or if it did do it and just didn't wake me up

Maybe I'm just a light sleeper and you're all experiencing the same thing and don't know it! lmao

I'm using Samsung Wireless Stand version and i'm not having this issue.

Mine does not do this using the official Samsung wireless charger I posted about above.

In my experience the problem is specific to the TYLT charger. None of the Samsung branded chargers or the cheotec have the issue.

I really wanted a stand charger for my nightstand, but the TYLT is now relegated to the living room so it won't wake me up.
