A. You can't really overcharge lithium-ion polymer batteries. Once fully charged, charging stops and remains on a power source. Once the certain percentage drops (i.e < 95%) it will charge it back to 100%.

B. Yes it is perfectly safe to leave them on the wireless charger continuously and take it off the charger when you use it.
