Wireless charging

I have the TYLT charger for my z3v and only a very thin, rubbery case on my phone. This charger doesn't work more than 50% of the time! It gives me a slow charging message or starts going crazy and the lock screen comes on and there are numbers popping up in the past code box, but not a soul is touching it! I am pretty sure the case is going to wear out and be useless on my phone bc to get it to charge on the charging stand, I have to take the case off! Any secrets or was this wireless charging stand a rip off?

I have the tylt qi charger as well and it works perfect for me, also have a slim silicone case and the Incipio case as well, both work with charger. Have you used the charger with any other phones to rule out the charger is not faulty? If not could possibly be something with the phone, not too positive

Your charger must be bad. I've not had any issues with or without cases on my TYLT VU. You should look into getting it replaced.

Yeah I'd say charger is faulty as I use tylt and other chargers with tpu case without problems.
