Wireless earbuds lost volume

[I need k8 help]

I had to opt for wireless earphones because my headphone jack won't work and now the right side is completely silent. I tried switching it to mono and stereo and adjusting it to where there's more volume on the right and even making only the right give sound isn't enough. I need help.
