wireless earphones/buds

I have a Galaxy Tab 3 10.1
Are there any wireless earphones / buds that will work /

Bluetooth is a standard, and new devices are generally backward-compatible with older versions of the standard (though losing features based on what version they're connecting with). The backward-compatibility I believe works in both directions so find a set you like and get them.

Bluetooth 4.1 is fairly common right now as far as the headphones would be concerned so there really should be minimal issue there.
