Wireless Emergency Alert

[AC Question]

How do I enable Emergency Alerts for the Galaxy Note 4? I can find information for the Note 3 but not for the 4.

The note 4 isn't out yet, but I am guessing that the procedure should be similar to the note 3

I tried the instructions for the Galaxy note 3 - and the things it said to choose weren't there to choose from.

Instructions I found said go to messaging and choose settings, and then emergency message settings << none.

Another set of instructions said go to apps, and choose emergency << again none

Yet another set of instructions said to go to settings, and then "more..." under Wireless and Networks, and chose emergency broadcast <<< nothing there either.
