I am trying to use the Note 8 on the Samsu ng wireless charger I got with the Note 7. It goes extremely slow. Any idea why? Also, can you wirelessly charge through the LED case?

Wireless charging was changed with the S8 models, I would assume that carried thru to the Note 8. You'll probably need a new pad. You also may need to flip the quickcharge toggle on the phone.

Make sure your are using a good power brick with it or the one it came with. Mine works fine with both my S8+ & N8.

I couldn't really say how fast my Samsung wireless charger charges my note8 cause I mainly only use it to charge my note8 while I'm asleep. It's the same one I got around the time I had the note7. All I know is it is charged when wake up.

I have the LED case and I’m using the newer Samsung fast wireless charger and it works.
