with the enabling of HSUPA?

will it increase upload speeds as well as download speeds? i read people are happy they are finally going to see 4g like speeds.

im not sure if they are referring to download or uploads.

i'm pretty sure enabling HSUPA will increase upload speeds. i have heard that the download speeds may see some changes also but the most noticeable change will be in the upload speeds.

Upload speeds will increase, but not to the full capability unless your in an hspa+ area that has been activated network wise. If you are then you will see an increase in both upload and download speeds.
