WMA Audiobook Playback Cut off.

I listen to a lot of audiobooks. Recently I have had a problem where when I play an audiobook that I have ripped from cd to my computer, then transferred to my phone, the last few seconds of each file gets cut off. With an audiobook this is a lot of times an important part of the story. I have tried it with "Smart Audiobook Player" and with "MortPlayer Audio Books". When I go and check the files on my pc they seem to be intact and play the whole file. What could be happening here?
