Wnat to Hook Droid into PC's Internet Connection

I am looking for an app that will enable my Droid Razr Maxx to hook into my PC's Internet connection. Everything I have is hard wired so I do not have WiFi. Is there such an app?

Been looking to do the same with my Dinc as well as my Acer Icona A100...no luck on my end as of yet
