won the facebook contest. virus

I seem to have won a facebook contest and can get a free ipad if I complete all of the required processes.
I tried to shut it off but it keeps coming back evertime I access the internet.
How can i get rid of this virus?

Probably not a virus but adware, malware, crapware, (your choice of terms) usually caused by downloaded apps. My suggestion is - delete apps that you have installed (no matter where they came from) just before the problem started to present one at a time tell no more adds. if that doesn't work than would suggest running Malwarebytes (or similar programs).
