Won't boot up =(

Guess I should have gotten it from Best Buy ... now I have to send it back to Amazon and wait for a replacement. I turned it off, and now it goes past the Google logo and gets stuck at the "X" Nexus logo screen. It was working fine until I turned it off.

Yup had this problem too, try restarting it by holding down the power and volume down button, then releasing the power one.

I've tried restarting the bootloader, and it went right back to the "X" screen after the Google logo. Nada.
