Won't Charge

When I plug my phone into certain outlets, it wont charge. I have confirmed that the outlet is working. This is at multiple locations, not just home. Anyone had this issue?

Have you tried different chargers? Ideally, another note 10 charger would be ideal to test with, but I'd say least confirm the phone can charge at all. I'd also check works charging if you can. If nothing chargers the phone, it's probably a phone problem. If other chargers work, I'd ask for a new charger.

You can also out in safe mode and see if it still happening

Just to be clear stock adapter and cable as well? Because sometimes cables also matter especially when it comes to USB C.
