Won't come out of standy

Randomly the phone will go into standby and not come back out. None of the buttons do anything I have to remove the battery to get it to come back. Had a call this morning and it rand and screen lit up but could not do anything as it remained black. Any ideas?

ATK is installed, also i've had to pull the battery 5x in the past 2 hrs because of this. Seems to like night time though cause in the afternoon through the rest of the day it did not happen.

Do you have setcpu installed? I had that issue with it on my phone, uninstalled it, and didn't have that problem again.

Yes i think i discovered that today. I took the phone back yesterday convinced it was the phone. It happened stock and with the ROM so i thought it was hardware. New phone did the same today so it had to be the software installed. Started reinstalling all my apps from the market as before i just restored them from the backup. Came across SetCPU and kept it uninstalled and no problems since.
