My wife's Kindle Fire us locked up . Tried holding power button method . The Kindle Fire system recovery screen comes on . Tried to reset to factory defaults , by volume up /down to move highlight option . The highlight doesn't move from reboot your Kindle to reset factory defaults . What can I do?
