Won't regain connection after long disconnect

Does anybody else notice that when the 360 is disconnected for an extended period of time it won't ever reconnect when back in range? This happens to me consistently when I sleep in a different room out of range from my watch that is charging over night. The next morning it never connects again unless I restart it. I have tried waiting an hour or more with no luck.

Ive had this issue, but not constantly...I find the connection is intermittent, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. All i do is Off/On Bluetooth on my phone and everything connects fine. I think theres a Bluetooth issue with Lollipop, Im having random disconnects from watch and bluetooth speakers.

I used to have this issue, which is why I moved my watch charger from my bedroom to my desk where my phone charger is. I don't think I've had a disconnect since. Turning blue tooth off, then back on should reconnect you the fastest, BTW. That was always the case me anyway.
