Does anyone know how to get WWF to play in portriat mode?

Don't think you can... the apps designed for tablet landscape. It would be up to the app developer to change it.

Never tried something like that before but it would most likely be incompatible... if you try it and it works.. let me know. I highly doubt it would though.

Not possible. It's designed for tablets and the native display for them is landscape, not portrait mode.

Not true, 7 inch tablets default to portrait on all that i have seen.

For me, the tablet version never worked correctly...simply wouldn't update.

What I did was uninstall the version on my tablet, then I installed the phone version from Getjar (which is in landscape).

Just a warning though, if you do install the phone version from Getjar, the Google Play Store is going to want to update it to the tablet version again, so you want to keep it, be sure to not install the updates.
