Words with Friends - only landscape mode?

Can't get WWF to appear in portrait mode, only landscape. Is this a bug in the Android version?

I would say it is the app. A lot of unhappy Nexus 10 users in the app reviews in the Play Store.

I'm not sure if it's a "bug" or not, but yes, the tablet version of WwF is landscape only (at least for Android anyway). I put "bug" in quotes because it's a setting the app developers would have intentionally enabled, vs. a unintended defect...regardless of you may feel about it.

As someone who primarily uses portrait orientation, it bugs me a bit, but whatever.
