So basically like the title says I need help with hooking my email up on my phone. Really I'm a noob at doing this.

Everything really. It's not for me really. For my supervisor. But I'll find out what program they use.

have your IT guys do it.

You need to get the settings from them more than likely anyway.

the basics needed:

email addy
password
server settings (URL, port, if needs to be a secure connection or not0
is it an exchange account?

If you have webmail in your office, most of the info will be in there, in "about".

When you add a new email acct, select exchange, put in the requested info and you'll be good to go.
