Work phone is due for replacement. Would you replace with V30s Thinq or S9+?

What would you do? I have a Note 8 as my personal phone already. This would be for my work one. This is from AT&T business account and would have to be sold by AT&T.

I would personally go for the V30 variant, as I love LG in general and the V30 in particular. However, it depends on how you enjoy using a Samsung products and Samsung's skin/UI. Are you desiring a "change of scenery," so to speak?
