I have the Galaxy S6 phone, which means I have the S Health app.
I also downloaded "Calorie Counter - MyFitnessPal" which seems to have good food coverage. I also started going to the gym which has its own app that doesn't sync with either of those apps. and shows my program, and how much of it I complete but it either doesn't show general progress at all or is so badly laid out that I never saw it, and it doesn't offer any calorie consumption interface.
Note: The S Health app,as far as I see and understand does nothing but to count steps with vague goals that it sets which I have no idea how they relate to my gym program.
I would like some help understanding which combo of apps/single app I should use and how in order to track my eating and exercise so I can most efficiently achieve my goals (to get leaner and more fit).
