Worth it?

I kept asking, they said that during the repair, they'd contact me, we'll see.

I just sent in a Note 5 to where Samsung sent me the shipping ticket and I specifically told them I want a new battery while it's there getting repaired. They told me they'll do it.

We shall see. 🙄
 
Well as I posted in another area Samsung "due to the economic and business climate will not repair in or out of warranty phones or tablets" so be glad you do not have a Samsung place local to you , they are little to no help except to tell you to restore the device back to factory or "return to the dealer and see if they will do anything for you" because of this my company is getting rid of all Samsung products and I have started an employee assistance program to enable employees to affodably leave Samsung devices as well.
