worth to exchange or wait for updates 4 some of the Evo3d issues

Ok I have experienced battery drain lasting me about 6 hours on more than moderate use, some 3d videos or green hornet defaulting to 2d, the market applications when loading up not loading up with there icons ect.. should we wait for updates to fix some of these minor or normal issues or return it within r 30 days period for a flawless device if theres even a bug free evo 3d

i have minor bugs wouldnt say its a lemon with alot of people experiencing the switchin from 2d to 3d occasionally and when restarting the apps icons not loading up with the proper image ect...

exchange it if you can, im personally going to wait for updates. Ive seen a couple Evo 3Ds with generally the same issue so im gonna hold off on an exchange.

I'm on my second EVO 3D...and getting rather cynical about keeping it.
It gets too warm...battery dies in 4 hours (or less) and Sense 3.0 has some serious issues...
-Randomly reboots.
-Calendar sync changes randomly...keep switching it back to my main email account
-Facebook for Sense changes its settings randomly too.

What in the world? I have everything turned off that I can turn off...my EVO 4G lasted the whole day with moderate use and leaving things on like data and push-mail.

What gives?

Hard reset is a pain in the butt you lose some settings ect for that i exchange for a new one

Hard reset doesnt fix all issues they can always come back
