Do you guys think this is a worthy upgrade? Ive had a S3 for about 9 months now. I bought that full price and now I have a free upgrade (still need to pay 200) on ATT. I am debating between this or the S4. Im really into techs and I feel like upgrading to the S4 is going to be boring for me. Im digging the audio on the One, and the solid feel of the phone. Should I wait for something down the line...or would people say its a big enough upgrade to use the att upgrade on this ONE?

It definitely offers change. I came from the S3 as well. The S4 is awesome and it was a tough decision but I went with the One.

The one offers a new experience. From the feel of the phone to the software it is new and exciting. Holding metal is refreshing. Front facing speakers are phenomenal. And the low light camera performance separates it from most of the heavy hitters out there.

I've been very happy switching from the Galaxy S3. I had four HTC phones previously (Hero, original EVO, EVO 3D, and EVO 4G LTE). I really think the screen is a big improvement over the S3, and it has some options I'm enjoying a lot (Blinkfeed comes to mind immediately).

Do you have another smartphone (less than three years old) that you can use for a trade-in? ATT still has their $100 trade-in program going, so now, you've halved the initial outlay!

And, as the others have said...ABSOLUTELY!

I was going to get the S4 coming from a garbage HTC sensation. But when I saw the One I creamed my shorts and looked back several times. I am happy with my decision because I love fun phones and not nerdy ones. Plus it's android so your getting everything else :)

From the time I have spent with my review unit of the HTC One, I would definitely have no problems recommending to someone. I had the Galaxy S3 as well for about 7 months and currently use a Nexus 4 as my personal device and would place the One above both devices.

I've been pleasantly surprised with pretty much all aspects of the HTC One and I can honestly say I am going to miss it when I send it back this week.

After using the S3 before and the going to the HTC One by switching carriers, I would say it is a very worthy upgrade. On the S3, I couldn't depend on the battery to last the day and I could not stand Touchwiz, no innovation at all on that UI. I decided to get out of my contract after Rogers customer service and then retention wouldn't help me with my reception issues i was having. So, I switched to Telus and they accept phone trade in. So I traded my S3 for the HTC one (thank you Telus) and I am still loving it. I now have my music on it and my podcasts on my phone and it's great. I can listen to music/podcasts, surf the web, and everything else while having ample battery left to make the rest of the day.
