Would BB let me swap my fit 2 for a blue one?

I got the black fit 2 but I'd like a blue one to go with my blue Coral phone. Think they'll let me switch it out? The store I got my phone at didn't have any. The closest store that has them is too far to drive for a maybe.

It'll depend on the clerk/manager that you get. If you're nice and they're not in a bad mood, they might. Truth is, strictly speaking, they shouldn't because you can only exchange under warranty for the same part number, but some will be nice enough and let you exchange it, especially if the box isn't open.

My BB said only two skus were in the system as eligible for the promo, for the large and small black fit2. They would not let me swap my wife's for a purple one.

If you haven't opened it, they might. You should call them and ask beforehand though so you don't drive all that way for nothing.

I agree with SpookDroid. It does not hurt to ask. There is very little for BB to lose and making you happy is worth something to them. So I don't see why they would not flip it out, all things being equal. Approach it right, and they may help you out.

Tbh it depends on the location. I don't think it would b a problem for some. They'll give u a store credit for the item and you can swap it out
