Would you buy a GNote8 today?

The 2 apps you write of are not very good. During my search I tried them, even purchased EzPdf. However, I kept looking and came upon Lecture Notes.

Thanks. Does it handle pdf annotation well?

Edit: I just took a look at lecturenotes, looks more like an Snote, Onenote type app. Well I was talking about a dedicated pdf annotation app. Snote is great for note taking and if I wanted I could easily import pdf files into it and anotate it. So no Lecturenote is not the answer.
