Looks like the final D2 specs leaked and there may not be an included sd card, and the RAM is only 512mb. That means the D2 just wins on dual core and qHD. But the Charge has the SAMOLED+ and LTE and probably better battery life (esp if you toggle to 3g). With the lower RAM I'm not convinced the D2 has much more longevity from dual core and the display.
So I'm really leaning toward the Charge unless we find out the new Bionic is coming before tiered data plans (or that the new data plans are generous and reasonably priced). Or unless the Charge starts to look like it will not get released.
But all these phones, including the Bolt, are pretty awesome so we can't really lose. The trick is making the best choice with such limited information.
