Even if the evo was on Verizon I still wouldn't change. There isn't a phone out I would.trade my Dinc for.
I agree, but I sure would like a front-facing camera.
I know several people with EVO's and iPhone. Not one of them use that front facing camera. And only a few have tried the video call crap and said it's something they don't use. I'm sure somebody uses it, but I know I wouldn't.
I wish I had a spare evo to mess with just to see if I can get it to work on Verizon. Does anyone know if you dial ##778 if it enters epst mode? Maybe some programming there can do it.
Yes, it does enter EPST mode. If you want to make changes, click on "Edit mode", then enter 000000 for the password. This is something that Verizon walked me through, so there's nothing illegal or contract-voiding by simply going into this mode. If you make changes that differ from Verizon specs, however, that could be another story.
