Would you try an Android BlackBerry Passport?

I'd definitely LOVE a Passport with Android on it! Android is the only reason I've got a Priv (cause I prefer buttons). You can't call the OS10 Passport a "communications tool" anymore when you can't get whatsapp, google play services doesn't work and any other app that uses google play doesn't work either.

RIM built some serious quality phones, but I'm sad to say it didn't listen enough to its customers, and given the customer base was already small, not having these different options narrows it down even further till it wasn't profitable to make phones anymore. When the passport is sold or repurposed, and this priv finally croaks, I'm not going to look at another blackberry again.

Mobile Nations should really merge together some of their forum threads across Android Central and CrackBerry. There's probably several hundred responses to this question over on CrackBerry spread across multiple threads. One of the themes that has emerged from all of that banter is the fact that there are many folks who have previously used Passports that would really want an Android equivalent.
