wow...i really, REALLY, love this phone!

So ive been keeping an eye on the G4 forums for a while now because the phone has interested me since it was announced and after reading this thread, i have bitten the bullet and ordered a G4. I currently use a Note 4 and my past 5 android phones have been made by Samsung so im honestly quite happy to break away from that company.

Ive had all the notes since the 2 because of the screen size and while the S-Pen is a really cool feature, i very rarely use it. I feel that by not hsing samsung anymore, it will reignite my interest with android. Samsung has tainted my experience so far.

It is a beautiful device and i cannot wait until i get to play with it. I just wanted to thank you all for sharing your stories and experiences because it has helped me with my decision

Ps. I read a user say that the camera is better than the Lumia 1020. I will hold you to your word on that because i have the 1020 and the camera is the best ive seen on a phone haha. Heres hoping its similar.

I also come from a long line of Samsung devices but I broke away last year with the G3. You're right, Samsung was 'tainting' my experience as well with Android which is most likely why I felt 'bored' with them. I'm glad I broke away, for now, to say the least, lol!

The thing to take away from this all is that there are other Android manufacturers besides Samsung that are making GREAT devices! Don't get 'stuck' with one manufacturer. Try them all if you can. You might be pleasantly surprised!

Woke up at 8AM yesterday and started at 100% (phone unplugged before I went to bed previous day). Went to work, used phone occasionally throughout the day (tapatalk, browsing, yelp, facebook, messaging, Simpson's game, etc.). Made it all the way until I left the gym and got home at 11:15PM. Logged about 2.8hrs screen on time and still had 47% battery left. I love this phone!

Haha thanks. I did that when nokia announced the Lumia 800. I absolutely love Windows phone. If it werent for snapchat, it would be my daily driver. I use iOS aswell and i love my iPhone6+ because everything just works but everyone around me has an iphone and im the type of person that likes to be different. Hence why all my Lumias are yellow haha

I just realized today that the G4 will take the quick photo shots, like multi-frame shots (it is called burst imaging on Samsung)! Made my day! I love this phone!
