So my bottom speaker just went out a week ago for no reason, extremely crackly and low volume, so I searched and found that it's a ~$15 fix and a heat gun.
I ordered the part which was less than $10 and added a kit, plus shipping came to $24. Watched a few videos and it took less than an hour, replaced and as good as new. Not as hard as I thought it would be, owning a heat gun makes it easier.
