wow...Razr just started rebooting its self

my Razr today just started rebooting by its self, it has done it twice now today..

Every Android phone I have ever owned would do this eventually, this is why I got an IPhone4S now. They really need to fix this.

Check the apps you have installed my Razr so far no reboots! I know what you are talking about I had the X and I was plagued with reboots.

Mine has rebooted twice as well today! What time around did it happen? One reboot was around 5:15PM and another around 5:30-5:40. I'm wondering if it is a Verizon Network issue causing the some problems with the 4G radios??

I'm in Long Island, NY.

I just hope this isn't going to become a trend because my X was horrible with reboots and Moto devices have a history of this. I was apprehensive about getting the Razr for this reason.

I had an HTC Thunderbolt that did the same thing, it rebooted itself every now and then so it's not an isolated Moto problem.

No these issues do not isolate themselves to Motorola. Mine just decided to reboot itself about 10 minutes ago. Yay.

Good old moto. Android phones with skins reboot. I never had this problem with my inc or droid x although many had issues. This is why I am going with nexus, updates will fix any issues right away and not wait for carriers.

I've had this issue with both my Dinc and my Thunderbolt but not with the RAZR...hopefully I never will

I guess you're one of the lucky ones I can honestly say that the Thunderbolt was the worst phone I ever owned. No disrespect to you and your phone

I was able to crash 4S within an hour of activation.

My razr is going back tomorrow. Not only it reboot it self, but it won't hold a signal. I'm talking 4g, 3g, voice, and even wifi. Won't hold a signal longer than 15 minutes.

Just based on this last page of posts....

no phone is perfect,
they all can have issues,
there is a such thing as lemons.



As my Droid X has started rebooting alot lately. It usually did it when listening to music, a music player or the FM Radio. So far no issues with my RAZR either. I had my Droid X since July last year.

this is my third android phone and my wife has had 3 android phones, this is the first time its ever happened to me and never happened ot her, and I would never get an iphone, if I wanted somoene to control my life I would go to church

doing that, I installed 2 apps before it started this, one was Jorte calander, the other was multiimage thing...uninstalled jorte, it was crashing anyways, if it stops rebooting then this was it
