Write to pdf torn pixels

Hey guys yesterday I was filling an application form and used write to pdf function of note 5 to do the job. To my shock I found out that after I sent the file the pixels were torn of whatever I wrote. Now what is the use of this if they come out that way?

1. There are no pixels in a pdf file.

2. How can pixels be torn?
