Wrong date and time

First, my DX has the correct date and time. When I do a backup with Bootstrapper it names the file with the wrong day. It gives it tomorrows day. The year/month are correct. The time is WAY off. I can rename them but would like to have it done correct the first time. Any ideas???????

I have seen similar bugs with CWM (ClockWorkMod) where Nandroid Backups didn't get signed with the correct date and time....
