Wrong time after update

For some reason my clock keeps displaying the wrong time after I got the 5.1 update. I manually put the time in but it still does it. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

"Wrong time" isn't helpful. Off by exactly one hour, several hours, or just a totally random time?
