Wugfresh back up question

My current N6 is not rooted. Could I back it up with wugfresh and then copy to an unrooted N6? What would I lose going that route.?

It don't matter if your rooted or not,it'll still backup.

But will I be able to copy that to the new phone, or on the phone the back up was from?
