"x" app stopped responding. Wait/OK

I'm having that black box Pop up all of the time that random apps stopped responding. Wait or OK. It's driving me crazy!!!! There is no rhyme or reason. Any suggestions? Anyone have experience with this issue?

Anytime that has happened to me before over and over I have just done a full reset of the phone and reinstalled the apps I have usually only a few at a time to see what is going on. Sometimes the problem comes back but at that time you know what apps would have caused it.
My personal experience is that one app usually changes a setting and it causes issues with other apps running or even google services.
