X sign on battery icon

So, i put my samsung note 10.1 2014 to charge at 15% , but when i look at it after 1.5 hour, the percentage only went up to 7%, then i notice that red X sing on the battery icon. What do i do? Please help! I was using the same charger that came with the tablet, and using the same plug socket. I have tried different sockets around my house, but didnt work. Sigh!!

Try using a different charging cable/plug combination. Cables or plugs can fail.
