xbox 360 has blocked network connections when wired connected to tp link 4g lte router through lan

i use an xbox 360 for online media sky go etc. plugged it into my tp link 4g router via lan connection. xbox fails network test, cant connect to internet . connections blocked. router works fine with lan cable to pc....any ideas around this?
