Question Xiaomi 11T locked after factory reset

Hi eveyone. I used factory reset on Xiaomi 11T without logout the Mi account. As the result, the phone is locked. Now I cannot asked the previous phone owner to help me with his Mi account. In my case, can I use a software to clear all data (and the account), or re-install a new OS (like I do with my Windows laptop), or turn the phone into something like home server, android TV box,... Now I cannot use the phone.

The phone is doing exactly what it is supposed to. You need the password and should never buy a used phone without it. This is in place to help prevent theft. This is built into all modern android phones.
No one here will help you bypass it, you may very well have purchased it legally but the previous owner may not have. Either way contact them and ask for the password. If they don't have it ask for your money back
