How to fix 100% CPU usage with no apps running on my Xiaomi phone? Factory Reset did nothing. Faulty CPU?

This is my last Xiaomi phone. I had problems with Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus, Pocophone F1, Xiaomi Redmi 8A and now with Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro. I will buy Huawei phone.

I had a very good experience with the Xiaomi phone, this was my first phone and I love the processor and function that it has offer at that price, the features are also fabulous and attractive look, anyone can afford it without any second guess.
