XO skin vs. BodyGuardZ

I know there is already a thread about screen protectors, but I haven't found a good comparison between XO skin and BodyGuardZ yet. Could you give me some good advices which one to pick? Thanks.

Please include SGP into comparison, after additional reading I see that it also has very good reviews.
