Xperia M4 Soft/Hard brick?

Hello,
Today I restart my phone and now when I turn on only sony logo appears and stops,
I try correct this whit xperia companion and flashtool but when I press Vol- and I plug in the usb,appear in red light, that mop and switches to green and nothing happens, when I remove now usb green light remains.

Maybe someone knows a solution?
